PPAR seeks to proactively engage in the public policy and political arena so as to not only ensure proper representation of the Association’s interests at various levels of the decision-making process, be it local, state, and federal, but to also contribute to the overall quality of life in the Pikes Peak region.
PPAR actively engages the latest legal issues, industry trends and technology to keep it’s members on the leading edge of the real estate market – and best, we track CE credits for you! PPAR offers a variety of online and in-classroom educational opportunities to meet state requirements and ever changing market trends.
As a new member of PPAR, you will belong to a group of professionals committed to ethical and reliable standards. Our team will help guide you through the membership process and help you stay on top of license and educational requirements.

PPAR takes civic responsibility seriously by active participating in programs that enrich the lives of others throughout the Pikes Peak region. To achieve this goal, PPAR’s Community Relations Committee dedicates considerable time, energy and resources to improve the Pikes Peak community and to increase public awareness that REALTORS® give back in many ways including: fundraising for Colorado Springs Junior Achievement, being present at a local business fair (HBA Breakfast with the Builders), supporting our military community including the Keep Carson Strong effort to keep Fort Carson based in Colorado Springs, by providing housing specialists to military families moving into Colorado Springs through our Volunteer REALTOR® Program, adopt 200 children in the foster care system and provide Christmas gifts, support families in the Pikes Peak region with food baskets for the holiday season, participate in walks such as Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Walk for Alzheimer’s, and Relay for Life, participate in fundraising for Reach-a non-profit organization that helps people in the community get a hand up, getting out tin community to show that REALTORS® are an active part in the community as demonstrated in the REALTOR® Day at the Sky Sox. The YPN group has participated in preparing and serving families in the Ronald McDonald house and helping to build homes through Habitat for Humanity.
