PPAR - a community leader since 1902
The Colorado Springs Board of REALTORS was established in 1902. We joined the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS soon after their inception in 1908. Our name was formally changed to the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS in 1991. Today, PPAR serves all of El Paso and Teller counties. For over a century, PPAR members have proudly served our communities in countless ways. Our members have helped tens of thousands of consumers successfully navigate the challenges of buying their dream home. But our members do so much more! They donate thousands of dollars each year to local charities, area EDC chapters, the US Olympic Committee, Toys for Tots and many more. Our members donate countless hours volunteering for everything from Relay for Life to REACH, TESSA, Junior Achievement and so much more. PPAR works with local, state and national lawmakers to ease property taxes, protect the federal mortgage interest deduction, ensure the availability of affordable homeowners insurance, and champion the Homebuyers Tax Credit, among a wide range of other issues. If you are involved in any aspect of the real estate industry, join us and be a part of this great team!
